This Port-A-Mound™ product is under warranty for a period of 30 days after delivery to the original consumer purchaser of the product. This product is warranted against any defective part "of the portable pitchers mound, materials or workmanship.

This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, commercial use, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Port-A-Mound will replace any defective part received within the warranty period.

This warranty extends only to the replacing of parts if Port-A-Mound™ and the manufacturer find the said part(s) to be defective. The exclusions stated above will apply to that determination. This warranty expressly disclaims any other warranties of Port-A-Mound™ aside from the limited replacement warranty described herein. This warranty excludes any and all consequential damages or liability.

Return Policy

If within 30 days of receipt of your PORT-A-MOUND, any assembled or KIT mounds may be returned at buyers expense. The returned PORT-A-MOUND must be reshipped in it’s original packaging and must be returned unused (we do not sell used mounds). Any evidence of usage of an assembled mound or partial assembly or missing parts/hardware of a KIT is unacceptable and no credit will be issued.

Upon receipt of the returned mound and /or parts and hardware, PORT-A-MOUND LLC will examine. If it meets the pre-defined criteria, a credit will be issued less original shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be charged.
